My mission is to use art as a way to educate and inspire people a bout wildlife and conservation.
The goal is twofold: Display the beauty in each and every animal I paint and to educate the viewer on the animals and its conservation needs. Every oil painting is done from reference material and photos. With each work I research the animal and its habitat to make sure the painting is realistic.
| The final artwork is displayed with fun facts on the animal and also the threats that it faces. With the paintings and information I want to have viewers learn how many remarkable animals live with us. Through my work I hope to inspire others to take a growing interest in the world's wildlife. Only with education can others take an interest in conservation and I help people take that first step by teaching them how beautiful and diverse this world's inhabitants are and how much danger they are in of being lost forever. |
